after loging in put your mouse over profile and then select edit profile informationOnce loaded there will be mulitiple tabsPersonal information- Ie name, where you live and age (This is asked during signup)profile information- About yourself, what your into anything you would like to say to others exc.contact- your contact information online and offline(if you wish)photo- your profile main photoprofile style- lets you change your profile style using one of the 6 setup layouts. Or you can modify the css code to however you like.

Once you are logged in, put your mouse over the My apps tab. From there click Music. Then click upload a song and select a song you would like to upload (.mp3 or .mp4 format only!)and click upload selected files.

Put your mouse over the my apps bar and select polls. Then press create new poll

Put your mouse over the my apps bar and select photos. From there select create new album. Type in the name and settings you would like for the album. Then you can upload pics to that album you created.
